SEPCOIII is ranked as one of the top 225International engineering contractors by American Engineering News Record (ENR) in four years in succession, ranked 79 in 2010. In 2002, SEPCOIII has successfully entered into overseas market, thus it’s the first Chinese international EPC contractor in electric power construction sector. And, SEPCOIII has ranked in the list of top 225 International Contractors of Engineering News-Record for five years and ranked 58 in 2011. In 2007, unit No.8 of Zouxian 1000MW Power Plant built by SEPCOIII creates the highest record in China and reaches the first level in the world with trial operation time of 9 days and 19 hours. Because of the superexcellent implementation of the project and exquisite processing quality, SEPCOIII has become an outstanding brand known in Indian and Nigerian markets. In November, 2006, Mr. Wang Lujun, Chairman of SEPCOIII accompanied Mr. Hu Jintao, Chinese President to visit India. At present, the high-quality projects in Nigeria, India and Jordan built by SEPCOIII are highly acknowledged by the owners for short construction period, high quality and nice service. Nigerian president Obasanjo complimented SEPCOIII sincerely in the operation ceremony of Papalanto Power Plant. He said, this is a world-class power plant built by SEPCOIII-a world-class power plant construction corporation. Also, the project Manager, Mr. Fang Yibo, was conferred the title of cacique, as the first Chinese citizen who got the honor, which issue was reported by many domestic and foreign major media.
